Blaine Aydell is a partner with our firm. Blaine was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and attended Catholic High School. Blaine then attended Louisiana State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in 2008 and his Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in 2012. Blaine was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar; the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana in 2012.
Blaine practices in the area of general civil litigation, including insurance and product liability defense and personal injury; however, most of his practice is dedicated to property and fire subrogation. Blaine oversees and manages hundreds of litigation files from institution to resolution. His practice has allowed him to develop experience at the trial level throughout Louisiana. Blaine is a member of the Louisiana and Baton Rouge Bar Associations and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
